Tit-Bits
Life has been rather uneventful the past few days. And some people I know have been scolding me for it and urging to do something. (Hyper)Active, intelligent people. Meanwhile, I have discovered a new love for Arrested Development. I seem to identify with the characters. Good fun.

My search for the perfect one reached new lows when I went around asking for Mr. Cool. The one I brought home last time was rejected by mom for being small. Apparently, size DOES matter. So I had to go from one place to another asking for Mr. Cool. Finally, I found an ugly pink one. (Water Cooler, what else?)

On my way back from a visit to college, I had an amusing time on the metro. Opposite me sat a 4 yr old kid perched on his dad's lap. I am not going to make any cliched comment on how as we grow up we lose the sense of wonder and a questioning spirit. It was just plain fun listening to the kid attack his dad with all possible questions on everything around us: engine, glass, doors, stations, announcements, etc etc. He was talking in a mix of punjabi and hindi and it was just too adorable. He boarded from the first station and announced his need to pee urgently. He sat through the entire journey clutching his pants tightly and reminding his dad about his situation. I had the evil desire to go and whisper "ssssssss" in his ear. Mean me.
